Our vertical carousel picking system now handles double the number of SKU's per machine with operators picking over 1,200 lines per hour. Note: That is NOT a "rate of" and that is NOT pieces. That is actual SKU's picked. The piece count, depending on the season, can be three to four times as high.

One of our customers has picked as many as 16,000 SKU's and 40,000 pieces an hour with just 13 operators who pick so fast that they can also be used for billing or order consolidation. Picking, billing and Q.C. operations are carried out by the same number of people even during the busy Christmas Season.
